Job summary

A Dreamworks Company Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a hands-on production support technician for wafer test lines. The role involves day-to-day line sustaining activities, equipment setup and repair, and collaboration with the product engineering team to qualify devices and debug failures.

You will work a rotating day/night shift in a cleanroom environment, with a 4-day workweek and a company bus provided. On-time delivery and constant process improvements are expected aspects of the job.

Responsibilities

• Support production for the Day-to-Day line sustaining activities.
• To set-up and repair in process related equipment in wafer test area
• Provide support to product engineering team on device hardware qualification and device failure debugging.
• Support production conversion set-up plan, for on time delivery of products
• Execute daily equipment cleaning task in assign operation
• Assist Engineers in meeting the Equipment Utilization and improvement
• Support improvement projects with regards to line operation buyoff
• Take initiative to seek opportunity for improvement and implement corrective action
• To ensure compliance in quality standard, procedure and specification.
