Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd invites applications for an Assistant QA Engineer / QA Engineer in Hong Kong. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the semiconductor sector.

You will prepare and review engineering records, support warranty parts returns, coordinate testing samples, and maintain tight document traceability. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure compliance with standards

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Semiconductor industry and familiar with industry certification standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile and review technical documentation, data, specifications and procedures, including Engineering records ECR/ECN, 8D/CAR, to support internal requirements and external requests from customers as well as third parties
• Support the handling of warranty parts return and documentation with internal departments and external parties
• Coordinate and arrange chemical samples with external laboratories for testing
• Maintain good documentation updates and control of technical and engineering records to ensure document traceability
• Work closely with internal departments to support documentation requirements and submissions to external parties
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned by superior and Management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in Semiconductor industry and familiar with the industry certification standards
• Willing to be hands‑on in managing parts return analysis with other departments
