Job summary

Ips Group in Hong Kong is seeking a senior lead to drive end-to-end development of life insurance products, from ideation to launch. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners, crafting product papers and market collateral for regulatory review, while translating market insights into competitive features.

The role requires 8+ years in life insurance product development, strong commercial acumen, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years hands-on experience in life insurance, preferably in product development, proposition, marketing & distribution.
• Strong commercial acumen with analytical and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to communicate product matters clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
• Highly organised and execution-focused with ability to manage multiple product workstreams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
