Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• 0-3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, finance administration, or data entry experience.
• Fresh graduates with accounting knowledge and strong data accuracy are also welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, FlexSystem) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Immediately available or short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of accounting transactions into the accounting system.
• Assist in processing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
• Verify invoices, payment records, staff expense claims, and supporting documents.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records, both electronic and hard copy.
• Reconcile accounting records and resolve discrepancies where necessary.
• Prepare journals, vouchers, and accounting schedules.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and management reports.
• Update and maintain accounting databases, spreadsheets, and internal records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties regarding finance-related documentation.
• Support ad hoc finance projects, system migration, and data cleansing exercises as assigned.
