FORTUNE (SHANGHAI) LIMITED is seeking a Legal Manager in Hong Kong to support cross-border business between Hong Kong, PRC and overseas markets. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and provide advice on PRC laws and compliance.
Key requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Law, at least 5 years of experience in commercial matters, strong knowledge of PRC regulations, and fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese helpful).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of practical legal experience in commercial and contract matters.
- Strong knowledge of PRC laws, regulations, and cross-border business transactions.
- Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; Cantonese.
