Responsibilities

• Responsible for legal affairs in various overseas countries, including reviewing and drafting contracts and legal documents, developing project contract templates, providing consultation on the full spectrum of legal matters, and supporting overseas mergers and acquisitions projects.
• Deeply involved in designing the compliance and transaction structures of various products in overseas markets, identifying and managing legal and operational risks in the business processes, and offering effective solutions oriented towards business goals.
• Managing corporate governance in various overseas markets, maintaining company information, and ensuring compliance filings to ensure the business operates legally and effectively.
• Selecting and managing overseas partner law firms and handling intellectual property, litigation, and other dispute resolutions in accordance with the needs of the overseas business.
• Tracking and researching overseas business‑related laws, regulations, and policy dynamics, deeply understanding the regulatory perspectives and enforcement logic related to overseas operations, and providing compliance advice and legal training for the company's operational decisions.

Qualifications
