Kingdom Power Development Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Legal Manager to lead drafting and negotiation of tenancy agreements, SPAs, and other legal documents, with focus on property-related contracts. Provide legal support to Leasing and Property Management, manage external lawyers for conveyancing and contentious matters, liaise with government bodies, and handle ad hoc duties.

Requirements: Law degree and 5+ years in-house experience, strong English and Chinese, excellent communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
• 5+ years of relevant in-house legal experience, preferably in property/real estate.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review and negotiate tenancy agreements, preliminary sale and purchase agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal support to Leasing and Property Management on contracts, building management and related issues.
• Handle tenancy-related and non-contentious matters.
• Coordinate with external lawyers on conveyancing and other matters, ensuring cost-efficiency and quality.
• Liaise with government bodies and regulatory authorities as required.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Legal Manager

Job Duties:

Draft review and negotiate tenancy agreements preliminary sale and purchase agreements and other legal documents

Provide legal support to the Leasing and Property Management Departments on a wide variety of issues pertaining to contracts, building management and other legal issues

Handle all tenancy related and other non-contentious matters

Manage and coordinate with external lawyers on conveyancing transactions and other contentious matters, ensuring cost-efficiency and high-quality deliverables

Liaise and collaborate with government bodies and other regulatory authorities as and when required

Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or above in Law

5 years or more of relevant experience preferably in an in-house environment

Possess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under minimal supervision

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Detail-oriented well-organized and self-motivated

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is essential
