Job summary

JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a capable solicitor to join our online platform as legal counsel. You will support multiple business units by reviewing and negotiating contracts, including terms and conditions and third-party agreements.

You will monitor regulatory developments across jurisdictions, ensure compliance, and provide internal training on regulatory updates. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Solicitor with 2-3 PQE in a common law jurisdiction.
• International law firm experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
