Job summary

Emperor Entertainment (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Corporate Legal Specialist to support the Legal team with contract drafting, management, and research. You will assist in executing and filing corporate documents, maintaining a contract database, and ensuring updated legal records.

The role requires coordinating with internal departments on legal matters and handling ad-hoc projects with tight timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or above in Law or related discipline.
2 years or above corporate legal experience in commercial / Law firm
Entertainment and media industry experience is an advantage but not a must
Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Strong knowledge of the HK regulatory framework
Knowledge of entertainment law is a plus
Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Able to work under pressure and good time management
A good team player
Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Legal team in contract drafting, contract management and legal research
Assist in execution and filing of corporate documents, manage contract database and maintain updated records and related legal filing systems
Prepare and handle various legal correspondences
Prepare reports and handle administrative work
Liaise with internal departments on legal matters
Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
