Job summary

Eternity Consultants (HK) Ltd is seeking a Junior Legal Assistant to support the legal team in Hong Kong. You will assist with drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, manage IP filings and databases, and collaborate with manufacturing and marketing teams to communicate legal risks.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or above, 1–2 years’ legal experience, and strong English communication. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and immediate availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Drafting & Reviewing: Handling commercial contracts like NDAs, supply agreements, and marketing contracts.
• IP Administration: Managing trademark/patent filings, renewals, and maintaining the IP database.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicating legal risks clearly to non-legal business units (manufacturing, marketing).
• Research & Reporting: Conducting legal research on commercial regulations and compiling neat summary reports for management.
