• Professional legal qualification in Mainland China or Hong Kong.
• Minimum 3 years of legal and compliance experience in the construction/engineering industry; candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Legal & Compliance Officer.
• Familiar with engineering-related laws, regulations, and dispute resolution mechanisms in both Hong Kong and Mainland China.
• 5.5-day alternating weekly roster due to industry requirements.
