Job summary

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with Bachelor Degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Risk Management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and legal research skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Group’s compliance framework and policies.
• Keep track of the regulatory developments and provide compliance advice to management for decision making.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and internal audits in the Group & subsidiaries.
• Prepare compliance reports and maintain documentation.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external auditors and regulators for audit works.
• Assist in investigations of compliance breaches.
• Supporting Ad hoc projects and other regulatory initiatives.
