Job description

Requirements：
要求
1. With good professional ability, good professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, know-how in enterprise legal field;
具备良好的专业能力，具备良好的职业操守、责任心强，了解企业法务工作；
2. Bachelor's degree or above in law, passed the Mainland China Judicial Examination or holders of Hong Kong Lawyer's License is preferred;
法学专业本科及以上学历，通过中国大陆司法考试或持有境外律师牌照者优先；
3. Fresh graduate or with 1 or more years of corporate legal or law firm experience (Work experience is preferred);
应届毕业生或具有1年及以上公司法务或律师事务所工作经验（有工作经验者优先）；
4. Acceptance to work overtime and travel according to work needs;
能够根据工作需要加班和出差；
5. Strong writing skills and presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese;
普通话和英文都有较强的写作和表达能力；
6. Able to cooperate with the completion of the company's legal work in the issue, with good communication skills and keen judgment;
能够配合完成公司法务工作中的问题，具备良好的沟通能力和敏锐的判断力；
7. Effective communication skills with internal and external project staffs, legal managers, lawyers, etc. to ensure the smooth progress of legal work;

8. Excellent report writing and oral presentation skills.

Responsibilities：
职责
1. Assisting in the legal compliance review of the company's overseas engineering and construction projects, investment and financing projects, and company operational matters;
协助对公司的海外工程建设项目、投融资项目及公司经营事项进行法律合规审查；
2. Responsible for contacting the company's project lawyers;
负责对接联系公司项目律师；
3. Assist in identifying, evaluating and analyzing the company's legal risks in project development and daily operations;
协助识别、评估和分析公司在项目开展及日常经营中的法律风险；
4. Assist in the completion of the company's internal legal compliance affairs work, as required to cooperate with the higher authorities to complete the relevant work;
协助完成公司内部法律合规事务性工作，根据需要配合上级机构完成相关工作；
5. Complete other assigned work.
