Job summary

Henderson Land Development Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Leasing Officer to manage leasing for a portfolio of premium commercial properties. The role requires proactive coordination with tenants, agents and internal teams to optimise occupancies and rent outcomes.

Responsibilities include handling leasing enquiries, pre-leasing administration, new lettings, rent reviews, negotiations and documentation; and coordinating premises takeovers, fittings-out and renovation works.

Qualifications

• Degree in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in office leasing, preferably with major developers.
• Good networks with real estate agents and potential tenants.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Senior Leasing Officer.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage and handle leasing matters of a portfolio of quality commercial properties.
• Handle all leasing liaisons and coordination with internal and external parties including tenant management, leasing enquiry, pre-leasing administration, new lettings, rent reviews, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal.
• Conduct market research, data analysis and compile leasing reports.
• Coordinate premises takeover & handover, fitting-out and renovation works.
