Job summary

Henderson Land Development Company Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Deputy Project Manager to oversee portfolio leasing projects. You will handle handover or takeover of leasing properties, and supervise feasibility studies, tendering and site works for alterations and A&A works.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Building, Surveying or Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, with at least six years of relevant experience and strong supervisory skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building / Surveying / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years' relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of local building regulations and licence applications is a plus.
• Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle handover or takeover of leasing properties.
• Conduct feasibility study, cost estimation, tendering and site supervision for alterations.
• Provide technical advice on subdivision and improvement works.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, contractors and government authorities on renovation and A&A projects.
• Plan budgets, manage project programs and control costs.
• Maintain records of tender documents and drawings.

Job description

DEPUTY PROJECT MANAGER – PORTFOLIO LEASING (2) DEPARTMENT

Handle handover or takeover of leasing properties

Conduct feasibility study, cost estimation, tendering and site work supervision of additional / alteration / subdivision / improvement works for leasing properties

Provide technical advice and recommendations on subdivision and improvement works

Liaise and co-ordinate with internal and external parties including consultants, architects, contractors and relevant government authorities (e.g. Buildings Department) on renovation and A&A projects independently

Plan budget, control the project program and cost

Keep proper records of all documents including tendering and drawings

Requirements:

Degree in Building / Surveying / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines

Minimum 6 years' relevant working experience

Basic knowledge in local regulations of building and requirements of licence application for F&B, PPE, school, etc. will be an advantage

Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills

Able to handle multi-task and work independently
