China CITIC Bank International Limited is seeking an Assistant General Manager & Team Head for Leasing & Cost Management in Hong Kong. You will lead the team, negotiate lease terms, oversee leasing documents, and conduct market studies for site viability.

The role requires a degree in Business Administration and at least eight years in lease/financial management, with strong stakeholder and people management skills. Fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in lease and financial management.
• Proficient in lease management for commercial and residential properties.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leasing & Cost Management team and implement strategic real estate plan.
• Negotiate lease terms and manage leasing documents.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new sites.
• Manage tenant relationships and tenancy administration for bank-owned leased properties.
• Prepare procurement plans and annual budgets for occupancy and operating costs.
• Provide regular reports on portfolio performance, cost savings, and risks.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and support audit activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
