Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (HKICPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of accounting experience in property development, leasing, asset management, or property-focused listed companies.
• Expertise in investment property accounting, lease management, rental revenue recognition, and consolidation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP/accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions across property leasing and real estate investment portfolios.
• Develop monthly management reports, financial statements, and budget variance analyses.
• Facilitate smooth month-end and year-end financial close activities.
• Perform financial reviews of Mainland China operations and assist with group-level consolidation.
• Track and record rental revenue, lease transactions, and property operating expenditures.
• Handle tax filings, schedule preparations, computations, and statutory compliance.
• Assist with special financial initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
