Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Learning & Development support role in Hong Kong to assist in rolling out development initiatives and monitor performance toward productivity targets. The role involves delivering programs across classroom, virtual, and recorded formats to engage diverse audiences and improve selling professionalism.

The candidate should have at least 2-3 years in insurance or wealth management, with a degree in a related field and professional qualifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing, Communications, Advertising/Media, Psychology or equivalent.
• Professional qualification(s) preferred: FLMI, CFP, FChFP etc
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in insurance / banking / other wealth management industry
• Experience in distribution support or front-line sales is preferable
• Preferably with work background in life insurance industry

Responsibilities

• Support the supervisor in rolling out learning and development initiatives that help meet the agency's short-term and long-term productivity goals and selling professionalism
• Monitor the business performance and provide timely reports to PRUVenture associates to achieve planned business targets and objectives
• Deliver learning and development programs through classroom, virtual, and recorded learning formats, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience tailored to different audiences.
• Assists the supervisor in identifying opportunities by reviewing data, market trends, and business trends, while developing ideas and insights to support PRUVenture recruitment
• Support agency/ Company events and any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Education
