The candidate will collaborate with product and operations to surface insights, improve case handling, and coordinate capacity-building activities, ensuring consistent service quality.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of life insurance underwriting experience.
• FLMI or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with agency leaders and agents to improve health sales enablement.
• Provide selling aids, scripts, underwriting tips and FAQs for field teams.
• Coach on pre-underwriting and ensure complete, high-quality submissions to improve turnaround times.
