Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong is seeking a qualified individual to assist the Senior Manager in product development and implementation. The successful candidate will work closely with distribution channels and stakeholders to resolve issues, prepare documentation, and conduct product comparisons.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in a life insurance company.
• Experience in developing participating products is preferred.
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Manager in driving the product development & implementation process.
• Work closely with distribution channels to resolve implementation issues.
• Prepare documentation needed to support new products.
• Conduct product comparison to monitor competitive positioning.
• Assist to formulate channel and customer communication plan.
• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
