Job summary

HR Plus is assisting a Hong Kong-based telecommunications service provider in finding an experienced Business Enhancement Manager. The role partners with multiple business units to map current processes, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement using Six Sigma, Lean and value stream mapping.

You will lead improvement sessions, design remediation plans, and foster a data-driven culture across the organisation, ensuring delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years proven continuous improvement analytics experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping; accredited Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Ability to set-up, facilitate and lead process improvement sessions with a range of business stakeholders.
• Experience designing and implementing a framework of continuous improvement in a sizable organisation.
• Experience designing remediation plans to address productivity and efficiency issues, and track record of following through to ensure closure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of leaders and colleagues.
• Strong analytical, project and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with different business units across the organization to map and assess current processes and identify enhancement opportunities through process improvement methodologies.
• Identify industry trends and variations through innovative thinking.
• Establish a better value and efficiency strategy by eliminating unnecessary complexity in current processes.
• Manage relationships and communications with key stakeholders to build trust and buy-in across the organisation.
• Collaborate with system developers to ensure feasibility and technical alignment.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategy; monitor and optimise processes.
• Engage teams through training and coaching; conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure delivery.
• Contribute to developing a positive culture of continuous improvement.
