Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM/Organizational Development or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in organizational development, culture transformation, employee experience or service excellence.
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, employee experience and employer branding.
• Champion customer service and service excellence by partnering with clinical and operational teams to embed desired service behaviours.
• Build partnerships with external organizations to exchange best practices and explore collaborative initiatives that enhance customer experience and service excellence within the Hospital.
• Design and personally facilitate high-impact culture, learning, engagement and service excellence programmes, acting as a visible change champion across the Hospital.
• Lead a train-the-trainer approach, developing internal trainers and culture champions to cascade key programmes and sustain behavioural and cultural change.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and impact of initiatives and continuously enhance programmes in response to employee, operational and business needs.
