Job summary

Gammon Construction Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Subletting professional to support the Head of Sub-contracting in managing sub-contractor engagement and commercial activities on Civil projects in Hong Kong.

You will lead sub-let package selection, negotiate terms, analyze cost data and performance metrics, and collaborate with Procurement, Legal and Project Management to ensure effective execution and risk management.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction.
• MRICS or HKIS professional qualification preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and contractual understanding.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Sub-contracting in formulating subletting strategies.
• Lead assessment, selection, and negotiation of sub-contractor packages.
• Analyze cost data, market trends, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, and Project Management.
• Build relationships with sub-contractors and vendors.
• Provide strategic insights to enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and risk mitigation.
