Job summary

Gammon Construction Limited in Hong Kong seeks a dynamic Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on large-scale projects. You will manage subcontract valuation, monthly payment processes, and assist in negotiating interim and final accounts.

You will review documentation for value variations, conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, and collate site records. The ideal candidate has a degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, HKIS/RICS qualification, and fluent English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Construction, with RICS/HKIS preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in E&M contracting.
• Strong commercial and contractual acumen is required.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills in English and Chinese.
• NEC experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Measure and value sub-contracts, administer monthly payments, and assist in interim/final accounts.
• Review documents, identify value variations and claims.
• Conduct cost analysis, budgeting control, and site records collation.
