Job summary

OK Finance is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager, Project Management to lead cross-functional initiatives in Hong Kong. You will drive digital loan projects, work with IT and stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering measurable business value.

The role requires a degree or higher and at least 5 years in banking or lending with a track record in project/business development, plus strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in business-adjacent fields.
• Minimum 5 years in banking or lending with project/business development experience.
• Strong analytical and planning capabilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple initiatives across OK Finance.
• Identify and implement new solutions for the digital loan business.
• Drive projects to enhance digital lending capabilities and customer experience.
• Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to explore solutions.
• Ensure initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and risk controls.
• Provide market benchmarking analysis and insights to guide decisions.
