Job summary

OK Finance is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager, Project Management to lead cross-functional initiatives in Hong Kong. You will drive digital loan projects, work with IT and stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering measurable business value.

The role requires a degree or higher and at least 5 years in banking or lending with a track record in project/business development, plus strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide market benchmarking analysis and insights to guide decisions.

Explore and implement new solutions and initiatives for OK Finance

Drive projects to enhance the digital aspects of the loan business

Work with IT and other stakeholders to explore new solutions

Ensure solutions comply with regulatory requirements

Provide relative market benchmarking analysis and insights

To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

Degree or above with major in Business Administration, e-Commerce, Fintech or related disciplines

At least 5 years relevant experience in banking/lending industry with proven track records project/business development initiatives.

Self-motivated with strong analytical and planning skills

Detail-oriented & able to work under pressure to meet tight schedule

SME lending knowledge and user experience knowledge is an advantage

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
