Job summary
CSFC CHRISTIAN FAMILY SERVICE CENTRE 基督教家庭服務中心 is seeking a Registered Nurse to advance nursing services under the Enhance Home and Community Care Services for the Elderly (EHCCS). The role includes standardizing clinical guidelines, supervising Enrolled and Registered Nurses, and contributing to care and management planning.
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s in Nursing (Master’s preferred), Hong Kong Practising Certificate, and at least 5 years post-qualification experience in
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Nursing; preferably with a Master's or postgraduate diploma in nursing.
- English and Chinese language proficiency (HKCEE/HKDSE standards).
- Registered with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong with a valid Practising Certificate.
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualification nursing experience, preferably in community elderly care.
Responsibilities
- Advance nursing services for EHCCS.
- Standardize and review clinical guidelines/protocols for EHCCS.
- Supervise/coordinate nursing staff and health workers.
- Provide nursing expertise for individual care and management plans.
- Provide nursing advice to operations and service development.
- Lead design, implementation and evaluation of innovative clinical service models.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop evidence-based practices.
