Job summary

Inchcape Hong Kong is seeking a Manager – Facility Management to lead the facilities team, oversee maintenance and project delivery, and ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements. The role requires a strong track record in property or facilities management, with leadership experience and the ability to manage stakeholders across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Building Service Engineering or related discipline.
• 58 years relevant experience in property or facilities management, including minimum 3 years in a manager role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset with ability to work independently and lead change.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily repair and maintenance tasks and attend to daily/emergency repair enquiries.
• Supervise term contractors to ensure high standards of service.
• Lead special projects such as EV charger installation and office renovations.
• Budget estimation and CAPEX applications; cost control and risk management.
• Liaise with landlords and site management for government submissions.
• Drive energy saving initiatives and monitor data reporting.
