Qualifications

• Possess a Certificate in Healthcare or a related course.
• WPLN Level 4 in Reading, Listening and Speaking, and Level 3 in Writing.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Empathetic and capable of forming positive relationships with seniors and caregivers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite Applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform activities for daily living (ADLs), including assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, toileting, diaper changing, and feeding.
• Monitor seniors' medical and health conditions.
• Facilitate small group activities and exercises catered to the seniors' interests.
• Engage seniors, including those with dementia, in meaningful and stimulating activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the centres.
• Escort and assist seniors during transportation to and from the care centre ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.
