Job summary

Bakehouse in Hong Kong is seeking a capable Bakery Supervisor to lead the baking team and ensure daily production runs smoothly.

You will work with Sales on orders, liaise with logistics for deliveries, and oversee food safety while helping to prepare our sourdough and pastries. A minimum of five years in F&B, bakery exposure, and strong Cantonese with English/Mandarin skills are required. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in F&B, bakery or pastry preferred.
• Fluent Cantonese; good English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Willing to supervise baking operations daily.
• Experience in maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the baking team for daily operations.
• Collaborate with sales teams for order enquiries.
• Contact with logistics company for delivery arrangement.
• Prepare signature sourdough bread & pastries.
• Supervise food preparation and food hygiene standards.
• Report maintenance issues of BOH areas and equipment to Production Director.
• Compile daily food orders set by Production Director.
