Job summary

Bakehouse in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Layered Pastry Production Lead to organize and manage the Layers department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.

You will train staff, issue work instructions, and maintain strict hygiene while coordinating with Sous Baker, with shifts from 08:30 to 18:30 in Chai Wan. Cantonese/English/Mandarin fluency required; 7+ years in bakery, team player in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in bakery production, with experience in layers section is an advantage.
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Good communication skills and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Organise and oversee daily production in the Layers department.
• Provide clear work instructions and guidance to the team.
• Train staff and ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Communicate with Sous Baker to coordinate layers production.
• Maintain a clean and compliant working environment to meet quality standards.
