Job summary

Crossings Executive Search partners with a leading financial institution in Hong Kong to appoint a Lead AI Engineer. Design AI applications using RAG, workflows and AI agents, and drive production-ready solutions from prototype through SDLC.

You will integrate APIs/MCPs to power AI services and work with business teams to translate requirements into scalable outcomes. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in data science, software or AI engineering, hands-on RAG experience, and strong MLOps/LLMOps

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in data science, software engineering or AI engineering.
• Experience in delivery of RAG application.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps in a large scale enterprise environment.
• Experience with SDLC and system design is preferable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
