Job summary

Finloop Finance Technology Services Limited is seeking an experienced AI Architecture Lead to design and orchestrate a full-domain AI application system for wealth management. You will steer architecture evolution, technology selection, and implementation coordination across AI agents, RAG knowledge base, and multimodal applications.

• Expertise in AI system architecture design and technology selection.
• Experience with Agent intelligent agents, RAG Knowledge Base, AI Workflow automation, and multimodal applications.
• Deep knowledge of financial systems, risk control, and compliance requirements in the financial industry.
• Strong capability in technical decomposition of complex business requirements.
• Experience leading full-cycle AI application development from prototype to production launch.
• Proficiency in financial-grade system integration with high concurrency, high availability, and high security requirements.
• Knowledge of cutting-edge AI technologies including LLM, intelligent Agents, multimodal interaction, and RAG-augmented retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead overall architecture planning and system construction for AI applications in wealth management
• Decompose complex business requirements across stocks, funds, bonds, structured notes, virtual assets, financial information, intelligent investment advisory, Asset Allocation, and wealth management marketing scenarios
• Deliver highly adaptable, highly available, compliant and controllable overall AI solutions with solution review, technical risk assessment and implementation path planning
• Lead key technology breakthrough and core code development for core AI applications
• Manage the full process landing of AI applications from prototype verification, iterative development, stress testing to production launch and large-scale promotion
• Coordinate in-depth integration of core links including AI systems, financial transaction systems, risk control systems, data mid-platform, user centers, and clearing systems
• Build an AI application architecture with high concurrency, high availability, and high security adapted to financial scenarios
• Ensure stable 7*24-hour operation of the system and take charge of online fault review, optimization iteration and technical governance
• Track cutting-edge AI technologies including LLM large language models, intelligent Agents, multimodal interaction, RAG-augmented retrieval
• Formulate specifications for AI application development, architectural standards, implementation processes and best practices, and accumulate reusable AI components and tool libraries
