Job summary

Crossings Executive Search partners with a leading financial institution in Hong Kong to appoint a Lead AI Engineer. Design AI applications using RAG, workflows and AI agents, and drive production-ready solutions from prototype through SDLC.

You will integrate APIs/MCPs to power AI services and work with business teams to translate requirements into scalable outcomes. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in data science, software or AI engineering, hands-on RAG experience, and strong MLOps/LLMOps

Qualifications

University degree in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
8+ years of experience in data science, software engineering or AI engineering.
Experience in delivery of RAG application.
Experience with MLOps/LLMOps in a large scale enterprise environment.
Experience with SDLC and system design is preferable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Design AI applications with AI Technologies such as RAG, workflow and AI agent.
Develop AI applications from prototyping stage to production with proper evaluation and testing throughout the SDLC.
Integrate services with internal and external APIs / MCPs to power AI applications.
Work closely with the business to translate requirements to business solutions
