Job summary

Recruit Squad Limited in Hong Kong is looking for a senior AI/ML engineering lead to take AI applications from prototype to production, with rigorous evaluation and testing across the SDLC.

You will mentor a team of AI engineers, collaborate with data scientists, platform engineers and product owners to deliver scalable AI services, and keep pace with new technologies. Experience with RAG projects and cloud platforms is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in data science, software engineering or AI engineering.
• Experience delivering RAG applications or other AI applications.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, AliCloud) and related certifications preferred.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps at large scale.
• Experience in Web App development (e.g., Next.js, React, TypeScript).

Responsibilities

• Develop and productionize AI applications across the SDLC.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Platform Engineers and Product Owners to deliver AI applications.
• Mentor and lead a team of AI engineers and manage multiple project timelines.
