Job summary

Golden Landscape & Construction Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned Landscape Project Manager to oversee diverse landscape projects and maintenance contracts.

You will lead tender submissions, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and drive on-site execution, ensuring contractual compliance and timely delivery.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure, including weekends when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in landscape industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and beyond normal hours, including weekends/public holidays if required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage various landscape projects and maintenance contracts.
• Visit sites according to daily schedules.
• Prepare tender submissions and attend tender interviews; present to clients and define scope of work.
• Meet monthly landscape contract targets.
• Find clients for landscape services.
• Attend meetings with Horticulturist on site and with clients to address issues or new contracts.
• Collaborate with Director & Team to resolve contractual disputes and handle disputes/claims per contract.
• Lead project tender process, tabulating quantities and pricing; ensure LOA before commencement.
