Job summary

Hong Kong Parkview Estates Management Limited invites high-calibre applicants for the position of Landscaping Supervisor. The role involves leading a team to maintain landscaped areas within the Parkview complex and ensuring high standards of care.

Responsibilities include supervising routine tasks, assisting in budget planning, maintaining planting inventory, and performing other landscape-related duties as assigned by the Estate Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience leading frontline gardening or nursery teams.
• Minimum 7 years hands-on experience in landscaping, garden maintenance or agriculture.
• Good communication and coordination within team and across departments.
• Physically fit to work outdoors.
• 5 days per week with shift duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team to carry out routine landscape maintenance tasks, including watering, weeding, pest control, fertilising, and general plant care.
• Assist in planning and managing the landscape maintenance budget.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining a planting inventory and database.
• Perform other landscape-related duties as assigned by the Estate Manager.
