Vita Green is seeking a proactive Training & Content Specialist to own end-to-end learning programs. You will manage enrollments, schedule sessions, and coordinate venues while crafting engaging training materials and campaigns that resonate with staff.

You will maintain accurate records, analyze learning data, and report on program impact. This role offers a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with opportunities in video AI and modern digital design.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years for Exec level; fresh grads for Assistant level.
• Solid grasp of data analysis, video editing, and bilingual word processing.

Responsabilités

• Own the training programs: enrollments, sessions, venue setup, feedback collection.
• Create engaging training materials and promotional content.
• Maintain backend records, analyze learning data and measure success.
• Support wider HR projects and admin tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run the Show: Own the behind-the-scenes magic for our training programs. You will manage enrollments, schedule sessions, set up venues, and collect feedback to help us constantly level up.
• Create & Innovate: Craft engaging training materials and promotional content that people actually want to engage with—think captivating campaigns, not boring PowerPoints.
• Data & Details: Keep the backend running smoothly. You will maintain accurate records, analyze learning data, and track what is working to measure our success.
• The HR Hustle: Step up to support the wider HR team with cross-functional projects, ad hoc initiatives, and administrative support to keep the department flowing.
• Make an Impact: Dive into special L&D projects designed to stretch your skills, give you real-world exposure, and directly boost employee engagement.

Who We’re Looking For

• The Baseline: You have a degree in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field. (Fresh grads, this is your time to shine for the Assistant level! For the Exec level, we are looking for 1–3 years of relevant experience).
• The Toolkit: You have a solid grip on data analysis, video editing, and Chinese & English word processing.
• The Vibe: You are detail-obsessed, highly organized, and proactive. You are a collaborative team player who is hungry to learn and genuinely cares about helping people grow.
• The Voice: You have strong communication skills and know how to connect effectively with stakeholders across all departments.
