Vita Green in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Medical Marketing Manager to bridge innovative health products with healthcare professionals. You will lead omnichannel campaigns, manage product lifecycle, and support medical outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities include organizing medical conferences, analyzing market trends, and guiding promotional content with a focus on ROI. You’ll collaborate across teams to launch new products and optimize pricing and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Science, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years marketing experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, health supplement, or milk formula industry.
• Ability to translate complex medical information into engaging marketing narratives.

Responsibilities

• Product Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the full product lifecycle within the Ethical Sales channel, including analysis, pricing, promotions, and portfolio optimization.
• Omnichannel Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute category strategies; bridge digital marketing with medical outreach.
• Medical Professional Engagement: Organize and lead medical conferences, symposiums, and sales events for healthcare professionals.
• Market Intelligence & Analytics: Conduct market analysis and forecasting to guide strategic direction.
• Resource & Budget Management: Manage the A&P budget for medical channel engagement to maximise ROI.
• Content & Enablement: Develop promotional materials and training programs for the sales team.

The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

• Product Lifecycle Ownership: Manage the full product lifecycle within the Ethical Sales channel, taking charge of product analysis, strategic pricing, promotional planning, and portfolio optimization.
• Omnichannel Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute impactful category strategies. Deliver customer-centric solutions through innovative omnichannel campaigns, bridging digital marketing with traditional medical outreach.
• Medical Professional Engagement: Organize and lead high-profile medical conferences, symposiums, and sales events to elevate brand presence and product advocacy among healthcare professionals.
• Market Intelligence & Analytics: Perform deep-dive market analysis and continuously update field data. Prepare business reviews and forecasting reports to steer strategic direction and outpace market trends.
• Resource & Budget Management: Effectively manage the A&P budget for medical channel engagement to maximize ROI.
• Content & Enablement: Develop compelling promotional materials and spearhead training programs to equip the sales team for new product launches and ongoing initiatives.

Who We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Science, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of solid marketing experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, health supplement, or milk formula industry.
• Skillset: Digital and marketing savvy, with a proven ability to translate complex medical information into engaging marketing narratives.
• Mindset: An entrepreneurial thinker with exceptional multitasking abilities. You possess excellent time management, presentation skills, and the interpersonal finesse to collaborate seamlessly across diverse teams.
