UBS is seeking a Process and Quality Specialist in Hong Kong SAR to act as the KYC SME for CA and MTH queries. You will own end-to-end KYC activities, including renewals, ensuring documentation meets the highest standards and regulatory requirements.

You will support PKR volume management and maintain strong relationships with client advisors for collaborative outcomes. You will work with the KYC Specialist Team and partners to ensure AML/KYC compliance, staying current with regulatory changes

Competenze

Banking/finance degree or equivalent is required.
Strong knowledge of AML/CFT laws and KYC requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficient IT skills and UBS tools familiarity.
Experience with KYC in wealth management/Private banking preferred.

Mansioni

Be the KYC subject matter expert for CA and MTH queries on complex cases.
Own end-to-end KYC activities including periodic renewals and document validation.
Support team to clear PKR volume spikes across (FSO).
Maintain credibility and good relations with client advisors/market heads for collaborative outcomes.
Stay current with regulatory changes around KYC and AML.
Contribute to streamlining and improving KYC processes; provide feedback to Team Lead.
