Deutsche Bank in Hong Kong seeks a CLM KYC specialist to advise Front Office on AML/KYC matters, support client onboarding to funding, and liaise with AFC and other departments to ensure timely approvals and robust documentation.

You will review client files, manage complex account structures, and drive process improvements while working closely with cross-functional teams. The role requires 5+ years in banking/wealth management, CAMS preference, and fluent English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Degree in Banking, Accounting or Business Administration.
• CAMS AML certification is preferable.
• 5+ years in banking/financial services for AVP level and AML/KYC experience.

Responsabilités

• Advise Front Office on AML/KYC and documentation matters during account onboarding and reviews.
• Act as sparring partner for client ACOs on AML/KYC topics.
• Check quality and completeness of client files and KYC forms.
• Coordinate with RM, CLM, AFC and others to manage complex cases.
• Monitor and escalate cases; provide weekly MI to Relationship Manager or Market Head.
• Lead improvement of account opening and KYC review processes.
