Goldman Sachs is seeking a Client Experience Manager based in Hong Kong to support the Korea business within the Asset Management client coverage group. You will liaise with multi-functional teams to retain, expand and deliver superior client service across portfolios including equities, fixed income and alternatives.

In this role you will coordinate client inquiries, reporting deliverables and lifecycle events, while ensuring risk controls and compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance-related studies.
• 3-5+ years of work experience at an asset management firm / other financial services organization.
• Strong project management and problem solving skills; able to organize multiple threads to tight timelines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build trust across regions and collaborate with others.
• Basic knowledge of asset management, financial markets and investment funds.
• Understanding of portfolio construction, risk management or accounting principles beneficial.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, time management and follow-through.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Motivated and proactive self-starter with strong work ethic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word; exposure to BI tools.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to client service across Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, Legal and Compliance.
• Provide superior service including handling inquiries, issue resolution, and delivering reports.
• Coordinate life-cycle events of client accounts including new business and restructures.
• Work on specials projects to build service model and scale within CCG.
• Manage client deliverables including reporting requirements and commentaries.
• Navigate organization to resolve client queries in a timely fashion.
• Respond to information requests from clients and audits.
• Develop awareness of client interests and investment trends to best serve clients.
