BILL's BAR & BISTRO in Central, Hong Kong, is building a kitchen team and hiring at all levels: Sous Chefs to run the pass, CDPs to own their section, and Line Cooks ready to learn and grow. We are a fast-paced, high-volume environment that rewards teamwork and a willingness to train the right person for junior line cook roles.

This is an all-rounder role: you may prep, grill, plate, and support teammates wherever needed.

Qualifikationen

• Legally eligible to work in Hong Kong.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset.
• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Food preparation: execute prep lists and maintain freshness and quality.
• Service: work your section during lunch and dinner to ensure fast, correct dishes.
• All-rounder support: jump between sections, help on grill, assist with plating, pass.
• Standards: maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety regulations.
• Teamwork: communicate with front of house and support teammates.
