Job summary

Stryker Hong Kong is seeking a Kit Planning & Readiness professional to lead daily kit readiness, BOM reconciliation and consignment planning, coordinating with KP, Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure timely availability and accuracy of inventory.

Based in the Hong Kong office with occasional field visits to warehouses and hospitals, you will drive KPI improvements, manage escalations, and turn recommendations into actionable plans while maintaining end-to-end ownership of kit and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of planning, inventory or kit management experience.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (JDE/SAP preferred).
• Fluent Cantonese and English for local operations and regional communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily/weekly visibility of kit demand, availability and readiness with stakeholders.
• Validate physical readiness and coordinate with field/warehouse visits as needed.
• Identify risks in kit shortages or over-allocation and propose corrective actions.
• Own KPI monitoring and weekly readiness reviews with cross-functional teams.
