Job summary

The Edrington Group in Admiralty, Hong Kong, is seeking an Assistant Planning Manager to drive Forecast-to-Stock within the HK Supply Chain team. You will oversee demand planning, supply planning, inventory management and stock optimization to balance service levels, working capital and growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and regional partners, potentially leading cross‑functional supply chain initiatives and acting as deputy to the Supply Chain Manager.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 7+ years' experience in S&OP, inventory optimization and cross-functional planning processes.
• Hands-on SAP experience in planning, inventory or supply chain related processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience in forecasting, inventory analysis and performance reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with planning data and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive the monthly S&OP process to ensure forecast assumptions, risks and opportunities are reviewed and aligned.
• Manage supply and replenishment planning to ensure product availability and service continuity.
• Proactively identify supply risks, stock constraints and allocation requirements, driving mitigation actions.
• Monitor inventory health, ageing and supply risks, recommending corrective actions.
• Coordinate stock transfers, returns and inventory optimization initiatives.
• Escalate risks and compliance concerns in a timely manner.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain stakeholders to improve planning effectiveness.
