Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers a 3-6 month internship for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the digital assets space. You will support VIP client requests, build client relationships, and coordinate across teams to resolve issues, while developing knowledge of Binance products and market intelligence.

Current university students and recent graduates are invited to apply. Terms of employment shall be subject to contract and local applicable laws.

Qualifications

Interest in crypto and financial markets.
Understanding of Spot, Futures, Margin, leverage.
Bilingual English/Mandarin for coordination with overseas partners.
Strong analytical ability and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

Support VIP client requests with high responsiveness and professionalism.
Build relationships with assigned clients and understand trading activities and needs.
Own client issues, investigate root causes, coordinate with Product, Compliance, Risk, Operations to resolve.
Monitor client activity and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.
Maintain accurate client profiles and communication records for continuity.
Develop knowledge of Binance products (Spot, Futures, Margin, Options, Earn, OTC).
Track market developments and share insights with the team.
Demonstrate a proactive attitude to improve client service and operations.
