Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, psychology, business, communications, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR or talent strategy (internships are a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail and organization.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles.
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards).
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain accurate data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever).
• Support market mapping and competitor research to inform hiring strategies.
• Contribute to employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
• Join weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
• Suggest process improvements based on observations.

You will be given the opportunity to develop your skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of your internship in the BAP, there will also be opportunities for networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills to propel you forward in your career. Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master's degree (ongoing or recent graduate) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy (prior internship is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in an international and tech-driven environment
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
