Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) offers a 3-6 month internship for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic digital assets space. You will develop skills at Binance and learn what it’s like to work in a world-leading blockchain ecosystem.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, psychology, business, communications, or related field.
Strong interest in recruitment, HR or talent strategy (internships are a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong attention to detail and organization.
Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles.
Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards).
Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and communicate with candidates.
Maintain accurate data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever).
Support market mapping and competitor research to inform hiring strategies.
Contribute to employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
Join weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
Suggest process improvements based on observations.
