Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts (e.g., major retailers, department stores, pharmacies, and online platforms) to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with buyers, category managers, and key decision-makers.
Develop and execute strategic account plans, including trade promotions, product launches, in-store activations, and merchandising strategies.
Negotiate favorable trade terms, contracts, pricing, and promotional calendars to maximize brand visibility and profitability.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and account data to identify opportunities and recommend actionable improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, stock availability, and timely deliveries.
Monitor inventory levels, handle order processing, and resolve any account issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and presentations for management and key stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (advantage if in Beauty/Cosmetics/FMCG).
2-5 years of relevant experience in key account management, sales, or trade marketing - preferably in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or retail sectors.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts in a competitive market.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills; confident in dealing with senior buyers.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data analysis) and CRM/ERP tools.
Passion for beauty products and trends; understanding of the Hong Kong retail landscape is a big plus.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (essential for local and cross-border interactions).
Proactive, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
