Job summary

lululemon APAC is seeking a Junior Technical Developer to translate tech packs into production-ready garments. You will maintain data integrity in PLM systems, manage style setups, and collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to meet timelines and quality standards.

You will support fittings, measure samples, and assist in costing and BOM accuracy while learning from senior developers and QA peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training in Product Management/Development.
• 2+ years in product development/technical roles preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Design Suite is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain style data integrity in Flex PLM and related systems.
• Organize daily workflow aligned with GTM deliverables and timelines.
• Set up and oversee styles or groups of styles.
• Execute styles from concept to production readiness.
• Assist in meeting prep and note-taking as required.
• Measure and evaluate development samples before fit sessions.
• Update style measurements per fit comments with vendors or in-house team.
• Communicate fit outcomes and required actions with cross-functional partners.
• Enter/update technical trims in BOM and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain costing data in Bamboo Rose and related systems.
• Create sample requests with measurements templates with TD.
• Mentor and train peers to advance product development knowledge.
• Read lab test reports with Senior Developers and adjust construction to mitigate failures.
• Support in creating and maintaining fit/construction standards.
